For independent adjusters who get paid by the claim
Mileage and fees, tracked from your real routes
Claim Route 360 logs mileage from the inspection routes you actually drive and keeps your fees, payments, and reports in the same place. You do not start a trip timer, rebuild a spreadsheet at month end, or wait until tax time to find out a firm paid you short.
Free plan, no credit card. Pro and Elite include a 14-day free trial.
How it works
Drive your route.
Mileage is calculated from the route you inspected, using road distances.
Load your fee schedules.
Upload each firm's fee schedule and set your split.
Import what you were paid.
Claim Route 360 compares it to what each claim should have paid and flags the difference.
Mileage from your routes
Each day's miles are calculated from your start address through every inspection and back, using road distances. Because the route already lives in Claim Route 360, the mileage is there when the day is done. Mileage tracking and time tracking are included on every plan, including Free.
Fee schedules and splits
Load your fee schedules and set your split for each one. Claim Route 360 reads an uploaded fee schedule and calculates the fee for a claim from its gross loss, so you see what every claim should pay before the check arrives. Fee schedules, splits, and the AI fee calculation are on every plan, including Free.
Catch short payments
Import a paid-fees CSV file and Claim Route 360 flags claims that were paid more or less than expected, marks partial payments, and lets you reconcile later. A short payment you catch the week it lands is a phone call. One you find in April is a write-off. Short-pay flags are on every plan.
Reports when you need them
Revenue, mileage, and claim reports use the money you actually received, not what you billed. If a day changes after the fact, you can review and rebuild its mileage and reports from the Reports page. Free includes basic reports. Pro and Elite include advanced reports and exports.
Questions
Do I have to start a trip timer?
No. Mileage comes from the route of the claims you inspected that day.
Can I rebuild a day's mileage after changes?
Yes. Mileage and reports can be reviewed and rebuilt from the Reports page.
Is mileage tracking on the Free plan?
Yes. Mileage tracking and time tracking are on every plan.
Can I use a different split for each firm?
Yes. Each fee schedule has its own split.
What counts as a short payment?
Any claim where the amount in your paid-fees file is less than the fee Claim Route 360 calculated from your fee schedule. Partial payments are marked separately so you can follow up.
Can I export my reports?
Yes. Export a mileage log to CSV with the date, each stop, the business purpose, and the miles for every leg. Claims, revenue, and expenses also export to CSV.
