Once an insured confirms, that stop is locked. New claims fit around it, so you never double-book a homeowner or break a promise you made on the phone.
Move things with your mouse
Drag a claim on the calendar or a pin on the map to reschedule it. The map explorer pops out to a second screen, and each stop hands off to turn-by-turn navigation on your phone. Drag-and-drop rescheduling is on Pro and Elite.
Texts that keep insureds informed
On Elite, send appointment confirmations, reminders, and arrival texts from your own business number. Insureds reply 1 to confirm or 2 to reschedule. Two-way texting, calling, voicemail with transcripts, and an after-hours auto-reply all run through that same number. Every call and text is saved to the claim.
Built for the field
The iPhone and Android apps work offline. Photos, notes, and status changes wait in a sync outbox and upload when you have signal again. Take photos on the claim, follow the inspection flow and completion prompts, and download all photos for a claim in one step. You can also dictate scope notes in the field and tap Format with AI to turn them into clean written notes. Voice scope notes work on iPhone, Android, and the web, on every plan.
Order roof reports without leaving the claim
Order a roof report from the claim screen. Reports are produced by Roof Report 360 and start at $14 on Free, $13 on Pro, and $12 on Elite. Choose the Xactimate ESX file, the PDF measurement report, or both. XML, Symbility XML, Roof & Walls, and Interior ESX formats are also available. Add a completed Xactimate roof estimate for $86. Files land on the claim's Roof Report card and in your email. Standard orders are typically delivered within 24 hours, and an Expedited option (+$10) moves yours to the front of the line.

How many claims can it route at once?
Build Route is made for storm batches of 20 to 50 claims. Pro imports up to 300 claims a month and Elite has no import limit.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan needs no credit card. Pro and Elite start with a 14-day free trial.
Does it work without cell service?
Yes. The phone apps have an offline mode. Your work syncs when you are back in coverage.
Can insureds reply to my texts?
Yes, on Elite. Texting is two-way from your dedicated business number, and insureds can reply 1 to confirm or 2 to reschedule.
What happens to a confirmed appointment when I re-route?
It stays where it is. Confirmed stops are locked and new claims are placed around them.
Does it work on my phone?
