For independent and daily field adjusters
The route planner built around XactAnalysis
Claim Route 360 reads your XactAnalysis assignment emails, creates the claims for you, and plans the day with the least driving. Call notes and first-contact times go back into XactAnalysis for your review. You stop retyping claim numbers and addresses, and you stop guessing at the order of your stops.
Free plan, no credit card. Pro and Elite include a 14-day free trial.
How it works
Connect your assignments.
Connect Outlook or Gmail, or add your personal intake address (it ends in @inbox.claimroute360.app) to your XactAnalysis notifications.
Set your start address and working hours.
CORA, the built-in assistant, walks you through setup and can load sample claims so you can try routing before your real claims arrive.
Route, call, and sync.
Build the day's route, make your first-contact calls, and send the notes back to XactAnalysis with the free Chrome extension.
Claims arrive on their own
Every new XactAnalysis assignment becomes a claim with the insured, address, and claim number filled in. You do not copy and paste from the email. With Gmail connected, you can also pick a start date and import assignments you received before you signed up. Claims you already have are skipped.
If you would rather not connect your mailbox, every account gets its own intake address ending in @inbox.claimroute360.app. Add it to your XactAnalysis notification settings and new assignments come in the same way. This works on every plan, including Free.
Supplements stay on one claim
When a supplement arrives with the same claim number, Claim Route 360 reopens the original claim with its notes and history. You do not end up with two records for one loss.
Least-driving routes
Set your start address and the Route Planner orders your stops to cut drive time. Build Route respects your working hours and daily limits, and it only writes appointments to your calendar when you commit. When two or three new claims come in mid-week, Fit In places them around the appointments you already promised without moving them. Automatic routing with Build Route is on Pro and Elite. Fit In is on every plan, including Free.
Notes back into XactAnalysis
The free ClaimRoute 360 Sync Chrome extension fills your call note or first-contact date into the matching XactAnalysis claim. You stay signed in to XactAnalysis yourself. You review what was filled in and click Save. Nothing is saved to XactAnalysis without you.
Everything on the claim, in one place
Calls, texts, and emails made through Claim Route 360 are saved to the claim, so the file shows every contact attempt when the carrier or desk asks. On Elite you get a dedicated business phone number for calling and two-way texting with insureds.
Questions
Does Claim Route 360 log into XactAnalysis for me?
No. You stay signed in to XactAnalysis yourself. The Chrome extension only fills in the note or date on the claim you have open, and you click Save.
Is this an official XactAnalysis or Verisk product?
No. Claim Route 360 is made by Streamline Factory Inc. It works from the assignment emails XactAnalysis already sends you. It is not a direct data connection to Verisk.
Can I import claims I already received?
Yes. With Gmail connected, pick a start date and Claim Route 360 imports past assignment emails, skipping claims you already have.
Do I have to connect my email?
No. Every account, including Free, gets its own intake address ending in @inbox.claimroute360.app. Add it to your XactAnalysis notifications, or enter claims by hand.
